I agree that it's far less polished than GTA4, and that was a turn-off to begin with, but in terms of gameplay it really makes GTA seem depressing. Loved the streaking and insurance missions too. I've been getting tired of games trying to be movies at the expense of originality and fun. I wasn't impressed by the graphics in 'Mercenaries 2', but it was great fun. Sounds pretty cool.
