		<description>Yeah, a mixed blessing, often it just causes a load of stability problems until you can get them to cap your speed.
Load of bullshit hassle for nothing.
tbh they need to allow us to cap our own sync speeds somehow... fine that they control the upper limit, but I don't see why I should be locked out of setting a lower speed if I think the connection would benefit.
Instead I have to sit on hold for 20 minutes and go through all the customer care crap.</description>
