Load of bullshit hassle for nothing. tbh they need to allow us to cap our own sync speeds somehow... fine that they control the upper limit, but I don't see why I should be locked out of setting a lower speed if I think the connection would benefit. Instead I have to sit on hold for 20 minutes and go through all the customer care crap.
