The first was the day of the strike and it was delivered a day and a half later. The second was last Saturday, they said it would be delivered in two hours, they delivered it the following night at 12 o'clock at night!! The taxi men at the airport normally get the runs so they make a fortune off delivering them out. On my last 2 work trips they lost my bag. Wish I'd thought of that yesterday! Aer Lingus said my bag would be delivered to me this morning. Its now 18.41 and no sign of it :( I rang them a few times during the day and was told it'd be here in about 45 minutes etc. Apparently not. Gah! Wish I’d thought of that yesterday!

I do agree with you on that shithole of a terminal in Heathrow, It's possibly the most expensive kip of an airport in Europe. Although I can't say much for Dublin Airport.
