A bit amusing though to hear Fianna Fáil heroes whinging on about an inefficient tender system they kept in place for so long. Kilkenny Ring Road was a quarter finished in 1984. Despite FF being in Government for all but six of the 22 years since then, we still hae no end in sight. Typical of the Soldiers of Destiny i.e. McGuinness and co to blame everybody but themselves.
