		<description>How right you are. A bit amusing though to hear Fianna Fáil heroes whinging on about an inefficient tender system they kept in place for so long. Kilkenny Ring Road was a quarter finished in 1984. Despite FF being in Government for all but six of the 22 years since then, we still hae no end in sight. Typical of the Soldiers of Destiny i.e. McGuinness and co to blame everybody but themselves. Have a look at my new blog at http://ohargain.blogspot.com and let us know what you think. Meanwhile a vote for the soldiers will ba a vote for more of the same inefficiencies.</description>
